Egghead cafe has great coffee and breakfast dishes. My favorites are the vanilla bean ice blended coffee and pork belly bowl. If you ever wanted to try a Dutch baby, nows your chance. They offer plain, fruity or savory dutch baby options. Dining in is back, and they offer free wifi.
The service is friendly, the ambience is chill, and there's a good amount of seating. Parking is metered, same parking lot as cinnamons.

One of our last stops before we left the island, and I’m glad we made the time for it! I usually couldn’t care less about waffles or sweet breakfast, but these waffles were fiiiiiire.
Cinnamons was a typical thirty minute wait so as we walked back to the car we saw this place next to Black Cat. Such a great find! Really healthy food. Cool vibe and great employees. We will definitely be back .
Clint was so friendly and nice. We got the macadamia blended ( frappuccino equivilent) drink and lychee smoothie. Also got a piggy bowl. So good. Highly recommend

Absolutely my favorite spot for breakfast on the island. Being gluten intolerant, I have limited options as to where I can find gluten free waffles but this location has them and they are AMAZING. The staff went above and beyond for me this morning too. My friend and I came in after a sunrise hike and I was so excited to eat the moffles (mochi waffes). After ordered, they realized they were out of the gluten free moffle and as my heart was breaking (yes I'm being a bit dramatic) the kitchen employee let me know she could whip up some more if I was willing to wait a bit. And of course I was! :D shoutout to all of the staff there for being so friendly and for really making my day!!
This place was great! Came here a few times on our vacation cause it was so good! They have oat milk 🤗 Cute space, friendly service, the blended mocha was seriously perfect! I’m super specific with my coffee and this place knows what they are doing 💞☕️

Matcha strawberry cream cheese cookie is wonderful, rainbow 🌈salad is great. Coffee is not that good, oat milk option isn't exist. Eggs are not organic or free range((

We were looking for a good coffee shop in Kailua before we headed out for the day - egghead did not disappoint! The food was good, the banana Moffle was sweet and the banana were caramelized and delicious. My husband got the piggy bowl and said it was amazing - that he could taste each ingredient in the bowl and enjoyed how well they went together.
OH! The staff was so sweet and welcoming. They provided great recommendations and were very accommodating.
