Paid over $11 for a Burger meal, had to wait for it, and got no meat... I don't understand how you forgot to put the meat on a burger... so annoying....

Spending 10 bucks on a flat lukewarm croissant combo is no bueno. The potatoes were warmer but we sat in line for Way longer than fast food should be delivered to the window. No 'sorry for your wait' but the window gal was pleasant. Won't order that again.

Food is as average as all other Hardee's or Carl's Jr I've ever been to. Dislike the fact that every Carl's Jr has served lunch at breakfast time and they won't. Also, seems like they are very understaffed or just don't hear or care to answer the drive-thru when somebody pulls up. Seems like a very long wait each time I've been there. And the staff seem to treat it, and customers like "it's just a job, and atleast I'm here" attitude. Never had exceptional service, nor have I had service that I've been wanting to go back for.

Very dirty. Good parking lot 🤔🤔 Friendly Staff. Cleaner than normal. Had a Big Hot Ham 'N' Cheese with Beer - Battered Onion Rings very Delicious. Best lunch l've had this week. 👍👍👍 Breakfast this morning was delicious. Had a Frisco Breakfast Sandwich with Coffee. 😎😎😎😎

We were traveling and had to feed the kiddo. Order wasn't complete. Sauces for her tenders weren't in the bag either.

My wife got onion rings that appeared to be a day old and were cold
I got a mushroom and Swiss burger that might have had half a mushroom slice on it. My diet mountain dew was awesome!!! The food, not so much. We just recently moved here from Denver and had been looking forward to eating there as we don't have Hardee's there. Very disappointed 😞

So....the closest Jack in the box is in Tulsa and when I get a sourdough fix, I go to Hardee's and get The Frisco Thickburger. It is very similar to the Sourdough Jack from Jack in the box and comes with two slices of Swiss cheese, two strips of crispy bacon, and sliced fresh tomato, all on buttered and grilled sourdough bread spread with onion-flavored mayo. I also ordered small fries and a water as i am trying to cut back on sugar. The fries were hot, fresh, crispy, and salted to perfectioin! The 8th street Hardee's location is clean and they crank out orders fast. The staff seemed to be very friendly and during idle times, everyone was staying busy. If you ever have a sourdough jack fix, get the Frisco Thickburger from Hardees!!!
Sidenote, anyone else like to eat their fries first???
