My favorite pizza I don't like chain restaurants, but this is an exception. Good balance of sauce ( not too dry or sloppy) I love the robust sauce and seasoning on top. They've made accommodations for my daughter's diet when she had to eat vegan- type dishes at the time. Food's ready on time and friendly service. **I pick up my pizza, so that's why it's also so good. Getting delivery drivers is a challenge.

We have had carryout pizza numerous times. Many times the pizza was overcooked, especially the thin crust one. I ordered again.and asked to not burn them. The thin one worst ever, second was slightly burnt, third was fine.

Didn’t order a pizza, yet somehow I woke up to one in front of my apartment with a raccoon snacking on it. Raccoon would’ve probably given a higher review. Be mindful of where you’re delivering. You definitely delivered to the wrong apartment. Would have rather not cleaned up the mess.

I always opt for contactless delivery but mulitiple different delivery drivers still make it contact required. Im assuming they may be trying to get an additional tip. Why offer contactless if you dont do it anyway?!?! Also they mess up the order occasionally.

Very slow delivery time and once I received my pizza the crust was burnt the pizza was very flat barely any toppings or cheese tried to call

Great prices and always great food. Had a problem once and manager more than made it right for me. My grandson loves the pizza and bread bites so if he's happy, I'm happy!!☺Update: my family is still loving the pizza and bread bites!! Johnstown location does a great job
