Fiesta Del Rio

Horrible Service. Average food. Came on a Sunday afternoon and have been trying to get back again because the last experience was great. Food arrived. Was missing some of what was ordered. Server never came to check on meal. We sat for 20 minutes after eating some of the food and gave up on getting the rest. Had to ask another server for the check. Never offered boxes. Our server did nothing to make it right. I think our server was the manager and that’s shocking that he was that bad at his job. I get that Covid has caused a big headache for restaurants. I’m a former GM. I understand how to provided a good experience. However this was not a busy restaurant and no customer service regardless is not ok. Today I waisted $$ that was earned. Awful experience.

The customer service here is amazing! Some of the people I've seen are bossy a'holes, shaking their salsa cups at the waiters and not saying any words; I'm taking about you Karen. The staff handled it perfectly. The food is also great I get #25 picture is the remainder after eating, makes a solid lunch the next day!
