Pizza-deli Six Pack

I usually have no problem but they had mess my order twice. Couple days ago I order a large Cheesesteak one side no fry onions other side with. Usually they cut it in half cause of the no onions. But they put fry onions all over the sandwich and didn't cut it. Samething happen again but this time I wanted fry onions on both sides (share with someone else) they load it with raw onions and sandwich was cold.Now I know to order it around dinner time cause it come out better.

I love their food but I called the other day for 1 hour they had their phone off or they would answer it and hang up if they were too busy to accept any more orders they should have let that know or given the option to wait!? I had to drive down there place my order and wait in the store which was very uncomfortable because of the other customers that were there made comments that had me uncomfortable...

Their prices are high and they never updated their menu that includes the new prices I will never order from them again they need to stay on top of their menu on the sites that have their menu. And when I said I wanted an item removed from my order they acted like great now have to refigure the total just heads up if u see on their menu that the steak salad is 5.75 it's not I went on the site called zmenu.com and the picture of the menus and they were all wrong in means of the prices. I will never order from here again and I will not send anyone there to get food

Phoned ahead a pick up order of 16" 1-topping pizza for $8.50. First time trying this place. Pizza was ok. Sauce was a bit bland, toppings were generous. crust seemed a little under-baked. So why is it that I will probably not order again? This place needs to shut down for a few days and clean. Floors behind counter were filthy. Walls were soiled. Offerings were printed on paper and hung haphazardly from ceiling. I am actually surprised this place has not been forced to shut down until it is thoroughly cleaned. Oh well. There are plenty of other pizza joints that are clean.
