Like most retailers during this period of uncertainty it is very difficult to hire personnel who are not afraid to actually work. My local store is experiencing a trying time in an effort to hire the personnel needed. That would be the only negative I can offer, otherwise this store is run in a very capable fashion.

They don’t require masks. Sign says they do but every time I go here, there is always some pathetic “anti masker” who refuses to wear one, and none of the staff does or says anything. I questioned the staff last time I was there and they said “the owner believes people can read and therefor they have the right to do as they wish” Shut this place down already for being a health hazard. I spend a lot of money here and they’ve lost me as a customer for good. Shame on them. We’ve only had every tiny detail about Covid shoved down our throats for a year, they should be smart enough to enforce a mask.

Supposed to be open 24 hours. Went in at 9:30 on a Friday and they had a truck being delivered. It appeared they had one register closed to tally the delivery or something. Then they decided to count the other register when we walked in. Instead of giving us a heads up they let us grab the creamer and drinks we needed for the next day and walk up to the counter to stand there with our arms full. They avoided eye contact until we said something. They said "ya between 930 and 10 isn't a good time" are you kidding me? Because the sign says 24 hours and they have 2 registers I'm sure they could've had one open, but they suck. Ridiculous. Since they couldn't let us know they weren't going to check us out, we put all our things on the counter for them to put back and walked out. So I'll drive the extra 5 miles to loaf n jug from now on. Great job guys

Trust! Keep driving to the Loaf n Jug off I25. Owner is a grade A pos my friend worked their. He pays minimum wage and talks down to his employees who are good hard working people. He would rather Keep hiring new people at minimum wage than pay good employees more to stay. I will never step another foot back in either of his locations after hearing how this man treats his employers (he also owns the one in Miliken). I won't even get in to the details because the horrible things he says to his employees are too inappropriate for the internet. Don't give this man your business!

Horrible place unless you're on E keep going and never look back. So some back ground is in order, I love slurpees have since I was a kid I buy at least one a day. Recently since a move to Johnstown, I've been going here but in the last week I've been double charged twice and today I was accused of theft. The theft in question was me leaving a filled cup, I had made an error as my mind was someplace else and I got two cokes instead of a coke and blue raspberry. The teller forced me to pay for it and when I brought it up to the manager he informed me I was stealing from them not just because of that mistake but because I had used a double gulp cup for slurpees in the past, which there are ZERO signs saying that isn't ok in that store and no other 7-11 does it. So the gentleman who made his baseless accusation also lacked the guts to give me his name so people know who he is, he's white between the ages of 40-60, close cut grey hair and a gray beard. Next a bit of business basics there is a thing called loss all company's have to deal with it and it is primarily because of actual theft where people take things without paying for them. Now because they were unwilling to take the 30 cent loss and that cup they get to lose all my business. I'd love to hear from the district operator or franchise owner about this seems dumb to lose $120 a month over a simple dumb $2 mistake but hey I'm basically between Johnstown and Milliken I just use that 7-11 just have to make sure they are part of a different franchise or corporate first.

My pizza was overcooked and they would not even return my funds for their mess up How are you going to sell something that is overcooked if the customer cannot even eat it there is a certain timeline that the pizza and stuff like that is supposed to be taken off and I'm sorry it has been sitting on their well past its date of expiration or its time of expiration so what happened to the customer being right this spot has lost my business

Worst customer service. They belittle you and treat you with nothing but disrespect. Clearly you can tell they hate the job they have.

Went in a couple nights ago and got some snuff, a pop and an 8 pack of the bud light aluminum bottles and after drinking a few I realised the case was expired in February. This hadn't been the first time. Needless to say; don't go here when you can another mile to the liquor store.
