Pizza Hut

Very aggravating. When calling to place a new order, calls no longer go to the store.. They go to a call center, where nobody in the building has ever cooked or even seen a pizza in their lives, nobody speaks English, and they try charging you $47 for two medium 1 topping pizzas (extra cheese was the 1 topping). Try calling the store directly and nobody picks up. Keep trying to create an online account to order, but says my phone number is already in use and I've sent reset links to everyone of my email addresses and it send an email saying they were unable to find an account with that email but I can create one. If I click create one it wants my phone number and when I put it in it says in use by another account. Almost impossible to even place an order. Seriously over priced for the quality. Also the last several time I've ordered there over the last several months, when I receive my pizza all of the slices are stuck together because their pizza cutter is dull. Wish they would clean this up. Used to be a good place now it's just going down the tubes.

I normally don't eat at Pizza Hut, but my Girlfriend and I were hungry and decided to give this one a try. I'm glad we did. We started with a couple of their "side" salads. Idk why they called them side salads because they were huge! Especially for $3.99. We also ordered pizza. The pizza was great and the service was incredible. The servers were friendly and attentive. Great place.

I have stopped here several times from out of town. The same girl has been here every time and is so sweet. My pizza was just coming out of the oven when I walked in and I saw it. She asked me how to help and I said I saw my pizza. The guy brought it right to me when he heard me talking. This pizza totally hit the nail on the head… so yummy and perfectly made. I’m ready for more.

I tried to call the store to place my order. It rings for 7x then it drops the call forcing you to place an order online. When I placed the order at 9:06 pm, it said delivery would be 30-40 mins. You website will not allow me to change my updated phone number so I put it in both the text alert field and with delivery instructions. I chose the leave it at my door option and even placed a chair in front of the door. At 9:25pm I received a text saying it was out for delivery. I waited over 30 mins and no one ever showed up. By 10pm I drove to the store where the door was locked. I knocked loud on the door for over 5 mins before someone came to the door. I was told he knocked on my door for 5 mins before he left with my order. He said he canceled my order and tried to call the number on file (which you wont update). I told him he could have emailed me or called the other number provided on my order. I also reviewed my security camera footage and it does not show anyone on my porch or even coming down my road. He said I could have my order still if I wanted it. At that point it had been sitting on the counter (instead of the warmer) for over an hour and my food was ice cold. Beyond disappointed!

Very nice staff. Pizza could have more red sauce and cheese, and toppings. Order the top pizza, but due to supply issues for ingredients, maybe that is why the pizza was light a $9.99 pizza from Domino's and not a $19.99 pizza from Pizza Hut. Restroom, male and female where well over due for basic cleaning. Soft Drinks $1.99 and Coffee $1.50. The dinning area was almost a empty. Phone was ringing off the hook for take out, and pickup.

My order got messed up. I tried to call where I got it from (12095) zip code. And all I got was people asking pick up or delivery. They tried to connect me to the store and after 5 times of them not answering I gave up. I spent $32 and still had to go down the street to pick my son up wings from another place because pizza hut forgot ours and I live 20 min away.
