Mcdonald's

Edit: a couple days after posting this, the owner called me on the telephone to talk with me. She was super nice and apologized. She said she would take measures to correct this and send me some coupons to use for the inconvenience. She is very nice and I can tell she cares deeply about her business. Thank you for your professionalism in taking care of this matter. I will definitely be back! My mom came back from McDonald's on Scalp Avenue in Johnstown (5 minutes away) and my Double Quarter Pounder with cheese was so dry...the meat was like leather and same with the cheese. There was one small piece of onion on it and I'm pretty sure it wasn't even in the correct bun. It was awful and even the writing on the box said "FRESH BEEF cooked when you order, but there's no way this could have been sitting less than an hour or two. The only slightly saving grace was the fries. They weren't fresh but at least they were edible.

They had no orders we placed an order for four cheeseburgers with a medium fry as well as a medium vanilla shake and a medium drink. The staff were rude they didn’t approach me with an appropriate manner through the drive thru. They were extremely rude not to mention they slammed the drive thru window in our face also the food was cold and my fries were hard as a rock. The management is extremely poor I would say the staff needs to work on their attitude towards the public and do their jobs correctly instead of standing around like penn dot workers!

Not one to usually complain,especially since ik wut its like; however for practically 3times in a row my food was made sloppy n greasy. Not to mention the fries were all cold. The once half the crew didnt have their hair up n just standing around!! The manager on shift told them to kick it in gear but nm was done after... Such a ridculous experience.
