Dunkin'

The older worker that is there in the morning who always takes the orders seems to just rush people, she cuts me off and after I say one thing she says anything else even when I'm not done modifying my coffee. If it wasn't for the younger workers she would've messed up my order multiple times, but food and coffee is good still.

The 1 manager of this place is very rude. She blamed her employees for her own mistake and berated them in front of customers. The place is run poorly, even before the pandemic and supply issues they were always out of the first 4 things I order. But didn't know till I got to the window. My drinks are never made or even rang up the same way twice.

Coffee is good but for the last 3 times we have gone here our food has been burnt. I'm not sure if the employees were taking out their stress on us for having a larger order or what the deal is but I still expect to receive food that is at least consumable. The egg and cheese wraps that we received from them were burnt to a crisp and totally inedible.

I mean seriously? It's Dunkin,the only place to get real coffee and Doughnuts. It a great little store for those need. I like the fact that when you go in, it is clean and the staff is friendly. They make you feel good. Where most workers are there just for a pay and don't care how they treat you. I most definitely reccomend This Dunkin

I was disappointed. The menu said they have mint tea and the cashier said “We do not have that” immediately. She did not even check if they had any. Why is it on the menu? Anyway, they put a small amount of green tea in the plastic cup... it was mostly ice. Although, very good donuts. Love Dunkin but disappointed.

Never have any donuts or even muffins at even 10am in the morning let alone 5pm. I was charged for 6 donuts even though i got 4 and coffee is often cold.can’t even deliver the order even if u place it hours earlier. Once i called to order for some coffee n donuts to pick up in a few hours n one of the girls took the order n my name but when i go to pick it up they say someone picked it up n they have no more!i was like why did i order beforehand then!????! This place has horrible service n remarks. 1 star because i had to.
