So surprised to find a good place to eat in the mall! Lots of TVs for sports fans, kid friendly. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was so efficient. We had the white pizza with the thin crust: perfect wait time. Happy to support good local businesses!

Emily was excellent! In fact I'd say superior! Food was great. Atmosphere inside was very nice. However, the mall parking lot is a disgrace. I use a cane and it is quite a challenge not falling and smashing my face into the ground. Would come here more if the parking lot was maintained.

We needed a last minute place to have an after wedding dinner due to some unforeseen circumstances and Jake's was so kind from the initial phone call. They were able to accommodate us, food was amazing and the waitresses were fantastic! Thanks for helping to make our friends day special!

2nd time I have ordered a SALAD online from jakes to be ready for a certain time because I'm on my 30 minute lunch break and both times, I do not think that they started the order until I got there.
So I sat and waited for my chicken and shrimp salad for almost 15 mins and it was missing chicken. Whatever. Order was supposed to be ready @ 3:57, recieved it at 4:20
Called because I'm double irritated that I do not even get to eat my $17 salad because my lunch break is over AND it was wrong.. Oh but they gave me a $4 refund for the chicken that they forgot.
Can't even rate what the food taste like because again, didn't get to eat it :) twice now:)
Take online ordering off if you don't pay attention to it that way I can stop wasting my money. Not happy and not going back.

We only got apps which were great, but the drinks and the service were even better. If you're looking for a nice selection of mix drinks and a lot of TV's to watch sports this is a great place for you. After being 31 and having the best mule of my life I'll definitely return. The manager came over to say hello and to check on us even though we didn't even order much. The service was top notch.
Also... It's a nice place to take a break in a graveyard mall. It's a little bit a life still left in a place that used to have a ton.

Waitress was quick to get our order. She brought the kids food out as quickly as possible. Their burgers are so big, tasty and juicey. We go there often when up by the mall. My usual go to is the Jake Burger (you have to try this burger...yum). My husband usually get the black n blue burger (I think that's the name of it), he loves it. This time around I tried the club burger and it also was really good. Kids love their pizza boat and homemade chips.
