Pizza Hut

I usually give 5 stars to most places I am a patron of( because why return if you don't like the food, right?) I was perturbed on my last visit. I was told 30 min to pick up, arrived through the door at the 30 mark and waited in front at register. I was seen bit nit spoken to. A woman and then a man came in after me and finally an employee spoke( but to the woman who came after me) who was trying to order based on the flyer she brought in.And then to the man! Literally 15 min later, I was finally checked out. I wouldn't complain but this is not the first Incident at this location. They need a better system:(

Pizza Hut food quality has definitely declined. Pan pizza crust isn’t as voluminous and flavorful as before. The crust is premade frozen with pizza cut lines on the underside. If I wanted frozen pizza, I’d grab one from the grocery store at half the cost. The staff are friendly and were quick to give me my order.

While waiting in the store for my order(I arrived early), I was greeted by all the delivery drivers and staff that were passing by me. All were obviously very busy, but still took the time to be friendly and kind. This is important to me and I will tell others about the quality of people staffing the Scalp avenue location in Johnstown, Pa. Please extend my thanks to all who were working there at ~3:30pm on 6/19/2021!
