Chili's

Good place to eat. The chips were really good and waiter kept lots in table. Burgers are great if you like char-grilled burgers. Some people don't like that type of burger so thought I would mention that. We had only burgers today did not have ribs or steak. Been to other Chili's and steak and ribs are good. But did not have this visit. Service was good. Thank you.

Went on a Saturday around 8pm. The restaurant wasn't even half full, had a 15 minute wait to be seated. Which wasn't bad. But after being seated took forever just to get drinks and order. Finally after 20 min got our drinks and ordered a app and 2 meals. 35 minutes later, the appetizer came out which consisted of warm frees with hardened melted cheese. Then we sat and waited, people that came in after us get food while we waited to 30 more minutes for ours.

We went on a Sunday evening, about 6pm. There weren't many people there, but we had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated because they were short staffed. The hostess did let us know this before hand. Even though they were short handed, our waitress and other staff were very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Food was very good, came out hot and fast. Compliments to all the staff that still show up, even when most don't during the Covid aftermath.

This is the first time I've been here an it won't be my last! The food quality was absolutely excellent as was the staff! The waitress was very friendly, and there for all of my needs. I signed up for the rewards program, and I got free chips , and salsa right then which I had to take home! Prepare to have lunch the next day because you get alot of food here! Oh , and the drinks are amazing! I am not a huge coconut person , but a dear friend told me I had to try the grande coconut margarita which I did , and I absolutely loved it! This location has great service. I did not care for the hostess who was somewhat rude or just not as competent as other Chili hostesses. The food was great, exactly what you would expect from a typical Chili's. The bar tender was outstanding, working all the bar tables during the Covid times. She went out of her way to accommodate a special order and the crew in the kitchen did a great job getting it done to a better than expected result.

Chili's used to be our family go to dinner spot but the last 3 or 4 trips have been rough. Service is either fantastic (seasoned staff) or mediocre (food runners and newer wait staff) but it's the food itself that has been the biggest issue. Wilted lettuce, rubbery avocado, under or over cooked meats and missed instructions (i.e. no onions, wrong dressing). 8 months to a year ago we wouldn't hesitate going, hands down favorite local restaurant, however currently they just seem to be struggling. Here's hoping they can get back to where they were. P.s. also hate the recent menu change.
