Very dirty... food wasn't great. Chili cheese fries and chicken slinger were not good, however the Buffalo popcorn chicken was good. Great sauce flavor. Server and mic lady were great. Biggest reason for 2 stars was the lack of cleanliness. I almost didn't even want to eat my food because of how dirty the place was. Bathrooms were disgusting as well. Ugh

This is one of most disappointing times at a fast food restaurant I’ve been to. we waited at two different stalls for around 35 minutes for someone to answer the call to receive our order. We assumed that the first stall was broken so we moved to a different stall where someone had left with their food we waited there for another 20 minutes. Afterwords we went to the drive-through where we waited for 10 minutes while we repeatedly asked if there is anyone there. This whole time we were watching employees smoke in the parking lot. it is such a shame that we had such bad service when we know that the person working the window was fairly nice.

Absolutely enjoyed the energy of the server who brought out our cheese sticks that I forgot to order in the first order. Loved the person on the intercom. Absolutely helpful. After the experience I had at another sonic, I was scared to try this one but I'm so glad I did. Food was so much better, kids actually ate their food which never happens, price was actually affordable and employees were great. I'll be back. To that location anyway.
Went back today April 28 and only had drive through open because short staff. Got my order wrong but fixed it quick and as busy as they were, the food was still awesome and staff as friendly as ever. I'm really impressed that they kept their cool like they did. Love this store. It is my daughter's all time favorite at this point. Sure helps with my picky eater.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Everything was very dirty. Bathrooms were absolutely disGUSting! Everything we got was wrong, half of what we ordered was missing entirely. Waitress was rude. Very rude. She didn't know what drinks were what and when we asked she snapped, "I don't make the food, I just bring it out". It was a bit shocking. We waited for 20 minutes before they even took our order. And it was over an hour before we had food. We love Sonic but we'll never come back to this one.

Waited 45 minutes in a stall and finally asked to get our money back after we received no food. We also had to ask someone to take our order 20 minutes in. The drive thru helped at least 20 cars during this time. I understand being understaffed, but why was the drive thru moving and being helped at a steady pace?? The manager was also spending part of his time out in the parking lot with someone he brought food to. Horrible location to stop at.
Edit to add: called corporate like they asked. They said all information would be passed along to the district manager. Guess who never called! So right now I would only suggest going to this location if you want to pay for food, not receive the food, and then not get a refund! This place is a joke!

Burger was underwhelming. Cherry limeade turned to seltzer water quickly. Mozzarella sticks were on point. Honey BBQ popcorn chicken was so good. Unsweetened strawberry iced tea was very tasty.

Hadn't been here for a couple years because it was so bad. Gave it another chance to try their new slushy. Place is dirty. We tried to order from the kiosks at the tables, waited 20 minutes, nothing. Only like 3 cars went through the drive thru during this time. Everyone who was eating there seemed frustrated or unhappy.

Would give zero stars if I could honestly. Just had the WORST experience ever. Usually love this location all of them are so nice but tonight… was not it to say the least. We got the MOST sass from a worker at the drive thru window… we went to pull up to order and everyone was leaving we pulled up to the actual window thinking maybe the microphone was broken and they didn’t have the time put a sign up because they were incredibly busy and obviously like everyone are understaffed.. we appreciate all the hard work they were doing but…The lady at the window REFUSED to even open it she rolled her eyes took a deep breath with her hands on her face and then gestured with her hands while yelling at us to GO BACK THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU… I’m sure being so busy with not a lot of help they were extremely overwhelmed but that was the poorest excuse for customer service I had ever witnessed there.
