Denny's

Never been to a Denny’s I don’t go out to breakfast much because the experience has not been so great … but let me tell you about this wonderful waitress named April or should I say Miss April ! She was so kind and funny usually in the morning I don’t want to deal with anyone but she just pulled me right out my sleep and my crankiness….. we told her our order and she repeated it back like nothing you could tell what she was doing, and she made sure our food was great ! I would recommend going there and having a great meal with April as your waitress!!!! She made my whole experience beyond this world ! Absolutely will go back to that location!!!!!!!!

My family LOVES this location. The waiters there are wonderful! So kind and definitely patient when it comes to the kids. What I love about this location is they own up to their mistakes and responsibilities. We went there one night not knowing that food supply was an issue, but they were very upfront with the issues, kept us informed along the way. They were very apologetic about the whole experience. We were still pleased with the service we got.

The service was horrible. The waitress didn't bring a spoon for my coffee, she made multiple trips to the table for 2 peoples drinks of coffee, lemonade and water. We got our cold food before we got utensils. All the staff were short and curt with us. They all sat around just talking not even checking on her tables for anything, not even offering refills on our drinks. Even the manager was just sitting and talking. All the staff was lazy and inconsiderate 😒 with no personality!

We've been to a Dennys probably twice in the 15 years since college. The first time was blah. This time we went because it's our daughters 3rd birthday and her meal request was "pancakes and hashbrowns!" So, we drove to Danny's about 40 minutes from us at about 1pm. The waitress Kylie was awesome from the start. Very candid, knew her job well and treated us like royalty - especially the birthday girl. There was another employee who was coming off or off shift who stopped and talked to us as well, found out it was her birthday, and came back singing with stuffed animals for her to take home! I didn't get her name, wish I did. The whole place was just such a good vibe and everyone working smiled at us saying happy birthday and goodbye. It was lovely. Especially with the way the world is turning so unfriendly. The food came out piping hot - everything was made the way we asked and it tasted very good for breakfast food. I had to review just based on the people we encountered.
