The staff at this location could not care any less. I ordered steak soft taco supremes and they gave me chicken. They seemed inconvenienced by the fact I came back and asked for the steak. All told, look at the taco supremes they served me!

it is honestly the little things that mean most to me. I do not feel that all fast few restaurants possess employees that are sincerely nice and professional and make a customer feel appreciated. Krystal took my order and my payment and she was very nice and made a bad day not so bad for me.

I waited over 20 minutes in the lobby without being acknowledged, along with 2 other people in the lobby. Employees would stand right in front of us and say nothing, not making eye contact. I saw 3 employees come in, clock in from their break, and then disappear without a word. When I finally got someone's attention to ask about my food, they said it was last priority after drive-thru was caught up because drive-thru is on a timer. Drive-thru was so backed up I would have been waiting another hour. I was also told that only 3 people were working, when I could see 6 people just in my line of sight. When they finally got around to making my order, I was told they were out of several of the ingredients needed for my order, including nacho cheese. I never received my food and had to call Taco Bell corporate to request a refund. I know they're somewhat short staffed right now, so I tried to be patient, but this was completely unacceptable.

Tried to come here 3 times for breakfast, no one at the drive thru, no mention of not being open or anything. They'll have you sit in the drive thru completely looking like an asshat until you call the store number to which the store GM says I am not opening because I have no staff. While I understand it's not her fault nobody wants to work for taco bell, you should at least alert the people waiting in your drive thru, instead of ignoring everything and everyone until the problems go away. Very unprofessional on that part. And since no one wants to work here anymore, might as well just close it. Wouldn't give this store 1 star anymore if I could.

It's Taco Bell. Went through the drive thru. Got 3 hard tacos and a diet Pepsi. They didn't screw up my order and the world was fine.

Usually don’t do reviews for fast food places but this place stinks. I got an attitude from the 15 year old working at the window. Burritos were absolutely mangled and got a bunch of lettuce and tomatoes all in my bag even though I didn’t order anything that has any of those ingredients. Horrible experience, the staff could not care less about my order. I had to keep correcting them to get the order right.i had ordered no beeg but they gave us beef anyway. I'm not planning on coming here ever again.

Very clean, was actually sanitizing high traffic surfaces while we were in there. Food was delicious, honestly best taco bell we've ever had, everything was fresh and hot and our orders perfect despite quite a few customizations
