Recently reopened and remodeled, Hei Place is back in business offering fresh, delicious Asian cuisine. The vegetarian nime chow (fresh spring rolls with rice paper wrappers served with peanut dipping sauce) and scallion pancakes (served with a light soy sauce) are excellent appetizers, with a well balanced mix of flavors. The Vegetables with Hot Basil (Thai Style) is a very flavorful entree, which was hot and spicy as requested. I recommend ordering a side of steamed rice with this dish, as well as a side of hot chili paste if you like extra hot and spicy. Friendly waitress. Comfortable seating, although the tables are a little more comfortable than the booths in my opinion. Will return soon.

My wife and I only had drinks, I had a Mai Tai. My wife had a glass of wine. The bartender was great and very attentive. The restaurant is very clean and everyone there seemed friendly.

The sashimi was super fresh and delicious. It came with Miso soup and I got a side of sushi rice. Also ordered Shrimp shumai and it was excellent. My server was really attentive and sweet. I'll definitely return.

Lovely restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. We were a group of 12 and our waitress, Amber, did fantastically! Asparagus and shrimp was a popular choice. The Singapore noodles were just right! Lots of us had leftovers for dinner.
