I used a deliver service for my order. I ordered a wrap with Turkey and veggies, chips, and a drink. Order gets here, no chips and the wrap was completely wrong. The delivery service offered to do a reorder and deliver so I did. Second order gets here and, once again, nothing was right. The orders go straight to subway, so this is on them. Two huge mistakes right after the other seems a bit odd to me. The people there obviously don’t bother to at least try to do their job right.

I called in an order at this Subway Wednesday evening 2 sandwiches, one steak and cheese with the usual onion peppers steak and cheese and mayo. The other ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, neither sandwich had ANY MEAT, and the ham had cucumber, onion and pepper??? What happened to descent service?? Won't be eating here again.

Store is nasty...the floors, the cookie rack, counter glass, bathroom, no ice in drink fountain... sales person unfriendly ...last trip here I will drive extra to go somewhere else

I've went three 3 times. Just to give them the benefit of the doubt. 1st time I went there... me and wife both got sandwiches toasted.... they were both cold. 2nd time me, wife, and our friend ordered.... they messed them all up. 3rd time I ordered through the app.... for me and my wife.... the app said my order was ready. We got in the car went to go get it.... sat there for 20minutes after the time it said it was ready. Waited for one person to make 5 people's orders. Because the second the one thought it better to clean the floors then to help clear the lobby. Plus they didn't have all of order. So they had to refund half of it. Will not go this subway ever again.

Subway standards have fallen so far that it’s hard to believe anyone even wants to go back these days. If you get someone at the counter who wasn’t just released from jail/prison, you might get a good sandwich. If you eat later than 7pm, good luck getting there before the doors are locked up. Ingredients are never ‘FRESH’ and that’s just pathetic, considering this is a huge farm area, that’s a massive letdown. I’ll always go back for an occasional 6” sub, but I doubt Subway will ever be one of my favorites again. Just a depressing store now…

The lady there that served us was a solider. The store was low or out of a lot, could only take card exact cash, working alone, was 2hrs past her break, 6 customers in line behind me and kept on going without any hesitation or nasty attitude! I hope she gets all her good blessings!

Last 2 times I was there they would not honor the coupons from the paper or the national TV ads. Won't be going back. The one in Boones Creek next to the Food City closed 2 months ago. Good riddens. 👍

"Not allowed to cut up vegetables or meat for a salad" cue eyeroll and 'scoff' from employee, it was the greater than thou attitude that is guaranteeing my household is not returning not the slight inconvenience of not cutting up vegetables/meat.
