Starbucks

Chai latte with soy is on the lighter side. Its not as creamy as what I'm used to and prefer. The holiday bear is so cute. I don't remember seeing it before. Last night I did see the Chinese new year ones on eBay sold in Asian countries. It $9.95. Cute bear for the Xmas tree. I stopped here looking for the Tennessee been there mugs. Decided to start collecting them when I was in Columbia SC 2 weeks ago. I was in Knoxville just this past May... I love TN and decides to make a trip here again. Anyway, this location doesn't have the TN been there mug. My search continues...

Good Starbucks. The staff are always energetic, friendly, and attentive. The store is very clean. The restrooms are fantastic. I love using the outdoor seating during the summer. This is a coffeehouse with lots of friendly customers. The line for the drive through can often be crowded, but that’s just Starbucks for you.

*ROACH WARNING* Yeah, no, never coming back 🤢 I love Starbucks but will never be coming back to this location. My husband and I came here last weekend for coffee and breakfast, it was fine until he got towards the bottom of the cup and almost swallowed something solid. He spat it on the floor and looked at me with a sick expression, while we both looked between us at the small dead cockroach that had been in his drink. My husband was horrified. We didn't take pictures or contact the store because I figured what's the most they'll do? A free coffee? Yay? Anyways mostly posting as a warning that the Starbucks location across from ETSU has roaches. In their cups probably? Just drive up the street to the one near the mall and save yourself the free bugs ☕⚰️🪳
