Very clean and um… almost excessively friendly staff. Which I suppose is a good thing. I love that they ask you about condiments and bring orders to your table also. Nice touch for a chicken place. The food always tastes fresh and well prepared. I came in because the drive through looked like chaos, but from the window it was actually moving pretty quickly. I got the tortilla soup and it was exploding with flavor! 🔥 Well kept and well staffed, that’s what I love to see.

I love stopping here and picking up a Frosted Coffee pretty much every day on my way to work! The staff is always friendly and no matter what I order it is always correct! As I said before, all of the staff is friendly but there is a male manager who is the absolute best. I've never had a issues personally but I have seen him quickly and gracefully deal with other issues for other customers! ( I'm sorry I don't know his name, but I wish I did so I could give him the credit he deserves. But then again they all deserve credit for how amazing they are all the time!!)

Always a long line but that's only cause the staff is friendly and the food is great. Brownies always nice and soft and chicken always well cooked. Only thing is that if you ask for no ice in the drinks they seem to always forget that but that maybe just due to habit with the long driver thru lines. Otherwise they're great. 🙂

Favorite fast food restuarant and this location never disappoints. Always provides enough sauces and napkins. Food is always hot and drinks cold (when appropriate). Service is always fast and friendly. We've been here many times and only recieved a wrong order once to which it was quickly fixed. I love this place!

First time there. Ordered from drive thru. Girl took our order was very friendly. We have heard so much about the nuggets that we ordered a 30 pack, thinking we would have leftover for the 2 of us. Not the case. Small nuggets. Of course, they are nuggets and not strips. Flavor was good but the price for the quantity pretty high. But we will go back for something else. Milkshakes were awesome! But they need large!

Food was great when they first started, now it seems like they are just cashing in on their name. Service is always great but food quality and presentation (let's face it it's fast food stuck in a box) seems lacking. I mean what can you expect from near instant service. They only left out one sauce which isnt a big make or break deal (avocado lime ranch sauce, which is one of their best). The prices however have gotten pretty ridiculous. Not a lot of bang for your buck. We spent nearly 50 dollars for a family of five. We went to Chili's and we ordered alcoholic drinks and a full meal for us and our three kids and it was around the same price. Honestly ide skip the fast instant lunch and spend your money at a sit down restaurant.
