My biscuit was burnt. Employee seemed eh about being there. Kept having to repeat self. Didn’t technically get our order right. But rest of food was tolerable

Use to be a go-to, but this place is slow! Have no idea what is going on with the remodel, but goodness it's took a bit! Went through the drive thru and waited 20 minutes with 2 cars in front, and nobody in the lobby? When is the lobby reopening, and where's the sense of urgency?

My granddaughter's favorite place. I take her anytime she's with me. Her birthday was a few days back and she asked for Duncan gift cards!! Always and I mean always a line but that is a good thing for Dunkin! We will see you see soon.

I love living so close to Dunkin’. I always order the large iced caramel latte with oat milk. There’s a guy that works mornings making food that’s really cute and always says hi. He deserves a bonus.

Come here often for a coffee at lunch
Usually long lines but they move fairly quickly. Haven't gotten an order wrong yet, I think my only annoyance is I never get light ice when I ask for it. I know the coffee doesn't fill the cup up all the way and all that jazz, I ask for light ice cuz usually my coffee waters down before I finish it 😕

Gave me the wrong order. My iced coffee with cream had no cream in it and I got avocado toast instead of egg bites? I went back through and they made me pay AGAIN like just close down for good already jesus

Giving this place five stars, even though I didn't actually eat there. Just stole their wifi. The stars go to the staff did not side-eyeing me as I did so.

So I usually get the best service here, this is the only dunkin' donuts that actually makes the drinks right that I have found. However, something is going on with them and doordash today. Doordash fix the issue it's no other vendor doing it so I know that it's not doordash. I ordered three times this morning just trying to get a strawberry coconut Dunkin refresher and a bagel. Each time doordash took my money but you guys canceled my order immediately. When I called I was told that you have no idea what's going on with it and that I should try to order again. Only when I did that my order was canceled again. Funny thing is though when I ordered from Hardee's after I was done losing money, they were just fine. And my food from Hardee's is now on the way to my house. This was just a lot of trouble to go through first thing in the morning for a drink and a bagel.
