I like the ambiance at Main Street Kingsport. I never feel rushed and the wait staff is informed and friendly. The food is great. I have never had a bad meal. And I absolutely love their garden pizza. The ingredients are so fresh that I don't even notice that there is no meat on the pizza. The crust is good and the sauce is wonderful. Their salads are good and satisfying too.
We love Main Street Pizza. One of the best, most diverse menus in JC for both food and cocktails! Food times can be lengthy depending on the size of the crowd, so don’t try it if you are in a hurry. But the food is always worth the wait!
Today my wife and I split the special, Soup Beans & Cornbread! Also we split a medium pizza with chicken, prosciutto, and pineapple. The soup beans and cornbread are insanely good!! Possibly best cornbread I’ve ever had. Completely unexpected! Very very good!! Pizza was great, got a side of in house homemade ranch to dip crust in, I also recommend trying the ranch! Great food, great service, great atmosphere!! We often frequent this place. Never been dissatisfied.
In town for the weekend & heard many good things! Decided to order a pizza to go- it was WONDERFUL! We got the Garden pizza. The feta with arugula & tomatoes was delicious! The large was the perfect size with 8 large slices! Had some trouble ordering online, but when I called to place the order they were so friendly & helpful! Definitely recommend!
The food was decent! Ordered the Caesar salad which I would not recommend- the flavour was not great. The pizza was much better. We got the pine street pesto and garden. The place is very nice inside and the atmosphere was great.
We have been to Main Street Pizza multiple times now both as a couple and with family. We have always been happy with the food and the service. Tonight however I must say my husband and I received positively exceptional service! Our waiter Blake was serving large groups while my husband and I (an over 55 couple) were occupying a booth and ordering dishes to share. Blake made us feel equally important as the table of six beside us. He was courteous, friendly, professional and attentive. We thank Blake and hope you appreciate him and all others like him.

Their food is homemade/farm to table and absolutely delicious! The server Blake is very attentive and provides the best customer service! Madison the bartender makes amazing margaritas and is also very attentive to drink requests! You can’t go wrong with this restaurant!
Went with my daughter (11) and myself as a father daughter day. Had a terrible experience previously. Built our pizza this time. The pizza was fresh and crust was crispy and toppings were so fresh! (Mushrooms, beef, balck olives, and extra mozzarella). Will definitely return shortly!
