Just wanted to let you know every time I order a pizza I go through dominoes because of past experiences with pizza HUT. Tonight we ordered 16 extra large pizzas with bread sticks and wings for 4th of July party. JUST SAYING.. 753 17th Ave E jerome.id.

Food was delivered to the wrong address. They wanted me to pay for the order again! If your employee writes down the wrong address like why should I have to pay for my order again ? Employees Don’t take responsibility for their mistakes! 😡 Then I got hung up on (Alyssa) When I questioned for the supervisor! Never Again!

Had an issue with my online delivery order, they fixed it right away and fast and were super kind. I was highly impressed with the team leader and the man who helped with the situation max. Thank yall

This is the worst pizza hut location I've ever been. Total nightmare. Nobody cares a damn to take my order. All of the staff acted like there was no one standing when I even called out standing in front of the counter. It took me about 10 minutes to get someone's attention to get the order placed. Definitely should avoid this place at all costs.

Doesn't matter the time or day... Seems like every time we order something its wrong. Here is an example of my latest... my kids cannot eat any of this chicken now because it's too spicy
(24 pieces) and I don't have the time to always go back and get my order straightend out. The staff is always friendly and kind. The food always tastes good. Attention to detail is all I'm saying :)
