What a great dining experience! Stopped by for lunch and the service was impeccable. Our water glasses were constantly filled as was my coffee cup, the host was amazing and made sure we had a great lunch as did the server. Food was really delicious (had the chicken Caesar salad) and the ambiance was fun. Highly recommend when visiting Jerome.

FanTasTic!!! The butternut squash soup is like their signature soup- it’s delightful. I had the Chilean Sea Bass- and I’m so glad I did!! It was perfectly cooked, with exquisite presentation. My boyfriend had the Duck breast, and was surprised how tastefully the duck was prepared. You must try this spot! It’s our last night here, so we will definitely be eating there again tonight !!

Fun spot for desert sunset. Food and drinks very good. Calamari app. Excellent. Loved the prickly pear Marguerita, not too sweet. On the pricey side, but it is 'fine dining' This is an old hospital, not insane asylum, built in 1927 and only used a few years. Restaurant is connected to the Jerome Grand Hotel, although they no longer give tours to protect guests privacy. Cool place in any event.

Don’t miss out on this absolute gem!! Delicious food, quality service, and a fun atmosphere. Head up the hill and try anything, you’ll like it! When you are stuffed and happy, glance at the dessert menu and pick out a treat to take with you!

Staff was very courteous. Food was amazing. They served bread with actual butter balls (see pic). If you're in Jerome and want fine eating, this is it. Just don't be surprised if you dine with a spirit....

Go have lunch at the Asylum, the views are incredible and the Butternut Squash soup is the best ever, soooo delicious 😋 We love the food here!!!! Worth the drive!!!!

The thing that completely ruined the experience was the loud, depressing music playing the entire time I was there. I couldn't wait to finish eating and get out. I don't know if someone just had a bad breakup or what the heck, but it was awful. The salad was just OK because it was very underdressed. The fruit salad side dish was very good (strawberries, oranges, and pineapple). The cheeseburger was outstanding. The lemonade was also outstanding. The building is very lovely.
