Sometimes I love this taco bell, but sometimes I prefer a warning when there is an ingredient missing from your food. Three times now I got a beefy melt burrito with no Fritos inside and no worker in the drive thru said anything. Also two of these times there was so much sauce the burrito starts falling apart.

Absolutely the worst experience this evening!! Apparently, it's okay for staff to speak rudely to customers and management just stands there saying nothing!!!!
We show up to get food, there's Emergency services there. The medical responders state it was just a med call.
We tried to go in but they're closed???An employee opened the door and stated they're closed when I asked why it went down hill from there!!!
I've filed a complaint with corporate. There was no reason to be treated that way. When I asked for names for my complaint I was told no and they shut the door.

First of all, the customer service was great. We had ordered a taco party pack with 6 crunchy tacos and 6 soft tacos, and a Nacho Bell Grande, and the presentation of the nachos was horrible, there were not enough chips in it and the portions were so small. The Taco party pack didn’t even come in a Taco party box it came in a large bag.

Great place to go for quick tacos. I'm that guy that orders a taco party pack and a number 2 with a baja blast mountain dew. They always get my order really fast even though i order a nice amount of tacos. Thank you for all that you do.

I thought I got sick cause even though I told them I needed gluten free, they must of touched my items to areas that had gluten.. When everyone else got sick that didn't throw out their food cause it was nasty, I started to wonder if the meat was bad or something.

Lady made it clear she didn't want to work there. Was rude with rolling eyes. Had to take a bean burrito back in. It was all onion and no beans. She was mad I came back and asked for one that had beans on it. I'm done with the taco bell in Jerome. Will not go back.

Pictures are worth a thousand words, but at least they are consistent. 4 out of 4 only half full. The least they could do, is add more lettuce and make it appear to have more than just a shell.

Very good cheap eats! Fast friendly customer service. Only place that still offers a dollar menu around here. . . That's something special that I appreciate!
