The rightful owner of the chicken sandwich has arrived! In and out was a breeze and the service was top notch. I went drive thru. But I had chicken sandwich combo and a spicy chicken sandwich solo. Everything was great and great value as well as the sandwich comes with very good size and portion. I'll be coming often for this chicken sandwich 👍✔

Their chickens always fresh and hot sides are always fresh and hot but the downside to ordering from KFC is the containers they put them in get soggy and wet from the steam and fall apart on you. If you get a bucket the chicken is so hot that it steams up inside the bucket and become soggy by the time you get home. Now if you're eating there perfect place to get your chicken but if you got a long drive home make sure you take the top off of it and let it vent some of the steam so that your chicken doesn't become wet.

My dinner was too expensive $11 just for a few small piece tender combo, worse get home put food on plate, tenders was tough & biscuit was hard from can tell sitting all day, mashed taters watery wth, only thing fresh I ate was the coleslaw. I called manager immediately who cashed me out in drive & she knew food was old sitting so just said she will replace the combo without slaw. Ok I had to throw the taters & biscuit in trash, nibbled on some of chicken. I've always had fresh food from here. I understand short staff excuses but the ladies here had not 1 customer at 4 while the manager & another employee was right outside door smoking when seems should've been tossing old & cooking fresh food for dinner time smh.

The KFC in Clarksville, IN turned down my order of two Lg family meals and claimed it would be over an hour if I wanted to wait. I could hear a woman in the background that I assumed was the manager on duty snapping at the young girl attempting to take my order by repeating "No! No! I'm not doing all that! No, we're not doing all that! Tell her we're out of chicken." When I asked how long the wait would be the young girl said 30mins, but the voice in the background said " Tell her an hour so she'll leave. " After that poor interaction I started to just grab pizza, but I instead decided to call the KFC located in Jeffersonville, IN and they apologized to me for the treatment I had received at the location in clarksville. I'm very appreciative and from now on my company will no longer go to the Clarksville location when we need to purchase food for our staff meetings or hr visits.

No sauce on anything I ordered let alone the freaking pickles my meal cost me hours of my life I can't get back I got the wrong size drink too! They basically scamd me out of my money and pretty much part of my life, I can't just stop and turn around either I get that there are only 2 people working but KFC just lied to me and stole my money basically

I ordered door Dash for a pick up before we went into to work. It was horrible experience!!! Never will I again!!! I had sauce that I put in order and didn’t get it. The drinks was water down and not filled up and the corn was overly cooked. The only reason I put a star ⭐️ because I had to so I could leave a review!!!

Employees were friendly, got the order right Everytime, meals were on point, everything cooked well and hot, never have had any issue at this particular KFC... AT ALL. That's why I will keep coming back -what else can you say other than that? It's a KFC with ( at the time ) friendly people working their tail ends off working for a living and being nice about it. Can't ask for more than that!
