White Castle

My order was very simple: 2 cheeseburgers, no onions and add ketchup. The drive thru was empty but I was asked to wait "a moment" to order & this turned in to a few minutes. The burgers were drenched in ketchup and smashed up in the cartons. It was edible but not too enjoyable. I take it with a grain of salt and realize that most places are having a hard time getting people to show up for work.

Several months ago I wouldn't give white castle a good review. But things have turned around the past 5 times I've been there. They used to have poor service, would take quite a bit to even ring up your order. But now their employees are more friendly. They don't keep you waiting to put in your order and you get out the door much quicker. Thanks for the good service now. Keep it up!!!

Picked up 20 cheese burgers for my family...when I got home there were no pickles on any of them. No one that took my order told me before I paid. I called the store asking are you out of pickles and the manager says yes. I asked ok what can we do about this she says I can give you a couple pickles. If the attitude had been better this wouldn't be a bad review.

First of all, I am a huge White Castle fan. When I'm in Jeffersonville, I always swing by. This visit left a bad taste in my mouth though, literally. I always overlook the untidy restaurant, or slow service cause the foods usually fresh. This time, in my slider burger..... 2 long like 6" black hairs on the burger.... After throwing up into the bag, I left out of there like it was on fire. Not sure if I will ever return. Several workers with lots of hair were in the kitchen. No hats, no hair nets, so it goes without saying. On the flip side, 2 days earlier in London, Kentucky....had the best experience ever at a white castle and the location was the cleanest I've ever seen. Fyi
