Come on guys you can do way better than this. I ordered some hot wings, used to really enjoy them. These were probably under the lamp for most of the day. I would've waited for a fresh batch, these were not edible, threw them out, burnt and meat was like leather.

Absolutely the worst KFC I’ve eaten at staff was very unprofessional. Eat at your own risk in all I’ve had missing food, food that had obviously sat out all day and even a sandwich that looked to be smashed together. Never going back to eat here… good luck.

This location has gone down hill. No one cares about food quality and I'm pretty sure I received food poisoning from this location. I used to love kfc, but I don't think I will be going back after this.

Businesses have been opened for over a year since Covid and these guys still won’t unlock their doors to let anyone eat inside. Ridiculous. Wont be back until they figure out they’re a fast food restaurant and not just a drive thru.

The workers show the customers they don't want to be here.
Waited 20min only for them to get my order wrong. And worse, they blamed me for their negligence, claiming its what I said.

Cannot get in touch with anyone, but I called and did not receive an answer. I was eating my Mac and cheese and found what looks like plastic or cling wrap…. Super gross

Poor service! Spent my whole 30 min lunch waiting in drive thru line for a freaking pick up order!!! Ridiculous!

Was at restaurant at 6 pm. Asked for $20 Fill Up Special in all dark legs and thighs only. Would have preferred crispy but would have taken a mix. Was told by drive though person. They do not do any type of special orders. I asked again. Was told special orders can only be done if you call well in advance. Preferably a day in advance. I just asked "really"? I've ordered that same order many times.
I know management doesn't care. But I will be contacting manager or KFC directly
