Hardee's

On May 21 my uncle was taking care of me because I’m in a quadriplegic. We decided to order Hardee’s on the app. I ordered chicken tenders and fries and he got a burger and fries. When he arrived to pick up the food they told him their deep fryer was broken. They kept his receipt and wrote his name on it because they couldn’t refund because we purchase through the app. I ended up with a ham sandwich which was pretty good and he had a burger, obviously no french fries. My son-in-law picked up the owed chicken tenders meal for me the next week and it was pretty good. We attempted to get chicken tenders there again last week and they advised us they were sold out. So we didn’t buy anything there. I can’t understand how a deep fryer at a fast food restaurant would be so poorly maintained that it would break on a Saturday at lunchtime and not be fixed till the following week. The management has to be horrible.

Went here today and a day last week. Doors are locked and they don't answer the speaker for the drive through sat there 15 minutes and no one responds but there are people inside and it says their open. Didn't have milkshakes or alot of the food. Place is a joke! This is an everyday thing now for them.
