Hardee's

If I could rate this location I would give it a 0. Usually when I come the people are DECENT, but this time I came at 10:30 unaware I could not order a small side of fries, I asked for them and a biscuit and the lady ( Felicia ) proceeded with my total and I drove up paid and left. I parked close to check my food and received hash browns and it was on my receipt as well. I went back and politely told them I wanted fries instead and the lady at the window cut me off and rudely said lunch is at 11 we don’t have fries right now. I would’ve asked for a refund right then because no one told me while I was ordering they don’t serve fries before 11 but I decided to leave this review instead. Everyone has bad days but it doesn’t give you the right to be rude to others.

This restaurant picks and chooses which Saturday they will open their dining room . I walked up to the door and it was locked, the lady inside rudely said they were closed for me to use the drive thru. I went through the drive thru and she didn’t apologize for being rude at all and didn’t answer when I asked why their dining room was closed. I will never return there and its sad because I live basically across the street.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
