China Town

We LOVE Chinatown! It’s our go to restaurant for eating out and get the same thing every time. Absolutely love the crab rangoons, general tso snd lo mein. We order so often that the owner started recognizing me and my order. She is seriously the sweetest person and even gave my son a gift when she learned I was expecting. Truly so kind and the food is always so delicious!

Food is meh... okay, but Chinese restaurants in Lake Mills and Fort are better. I live in Jefferson, so I usually buy from Jefferson restaurants. The issue I have is with the menu/staff. When I entered the restaurant, there was a child watching YouTube videos loudly on the large TV in the main seating area. Not exactly professional appearance, but that was not the worst of my experience. I called in small orders for Sweet & Sour Chicken and Chicken w/ Chinese Vegetables. After picking up my order, I drove home and discovered that the rice for the S&S Chicken was missing. I drove back and alerted staff of the error. I was told that small orders of S&S Chicken do not include rice. I pointed out on the menu where, under the heading of Chicken, "(w/ white rice) is printed. She then said something about not having room on the menu to print that S&S Chicken doesn't include rice. How is this my problem? The menu clearly states it is included. (See photo) She refused, so I walked out. My family fully supports local businesses, but I refuse to spend any more of my money somewhere that treats customers like that. 25 cents worth of rice has cost this business the profit from a family of four.

We love China Town! Not only are the staff friendly but the food has always been hot and consistent. We love Chicken and mixed vegetables , Pork Mei Fun ( dry noodles) , Kung Pao and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Always tasty. Please support this local business. It is a family from our own Jefferson community.

Terrible service, we have been there countless times as a company but also personally. Usually going about once a week. They told me they couldn’t accept my order because the amount was too low, over less than 3 dollar and of course they only told me that upon arrival. It’s a shame they’d lose a loyal customer over a measly 3 dollars all because I couldn’t suite them with cash while they know I always pay with card. She also handled it poorly saying if I didn’t want the order it’s fine, as if I suddenly didn’t want my food?

Love this place. We ordered the fried pot stickers last night. They were AMAZING. We live in Fort Atkinson, and we make sure we go to Jefferson for our chinese food. The family that runs the restaurant is sweet and friendly. Always recommend to all my family and friends!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
