Waited for over 20 min to get my food. Staff was more concerned about standing around taking than taking and making orders. You're better off to drive to Fort Atkinson or Johnson Creek for McDonald's.

Should have read the reviews before making a quick stop at this location. Customer service isn’t great, didn’t ask what sauce was wanted with chicken nuggets and food was served just barely ‘warm’. I would avoid this location and trek over to Culver’s or even McDonald’s in Fort Atkinson instead!

Sat at the counter for 5 min before I was even acknowledged. When I finally ordered I watched as drive through people were served before me even though they ordered after me. They brought out part of my order but forgot my cone. When I asked for it the lady just turned and walked away and came back and handed it to me and walked away. Absolutely rude. Terrible service. Avoid this McDonalds.

I gave 1 star because there’s nothing lower. I went to the counter to order instead of the kiosk. I prefer to talk to a person. One woman saw me at least 6 times, then each time put her head down and ignored me. If she said “Sir, I’ll have someone with you soon.” or “Sir, you need to use the kiosk.” (What do they do if someone doesn’t have a Smart Phone?) I may have stayed but there are other places where I can get food.

McFlurry had oreo cookie in top 1/2 inch and the rest was soft serve only. No apple pies ready which we found out at pay window. EXTREMELY SLOW!!! Worst McDonalds ever!

Ridiculously slow and the vibe is a bummer. That's not on the employees, they seem as frustrated about the service as the customers. Something's hinky with upper management.
The kids behind the counter are great.
I wonder how bad the employees turnover is.

This McDonald’s needs to be shut down. They are only running with 2 people. It is dirty, gross and I have waited in the drive thru lane for more than 40 minutes. If I did not have to pick up a delivery, I would have left this place after 5 min wait. I called the store while waiting in line and they got nasty with me.
