Ice cream machine been down for at least 2 days now. There's usually a 50 percent chance the machine will be working on any given day. We need a chic FILa in Jefferson at least their ice cream machine usually works

Picked up a quick dinner. Any McD's is good for meals in a hurry. The food is always consistent and tasty.

This place is so terrible the staff has no understanding of their app to help customers. They were extremely rude to me my wife two kids and elderly grandmother. They also gave us one sauce packet in each of the two dinner boxes we ordered and when we asked for a few more they gave us one and literally told us that we would have to pay if we wanted any more when I have gone to Other McDonald's in my area and if you asked for an extra sauce packet they would give it to you and I mean a handful not just one and they never would say you have to pay for them. Me nor my family will ever be back to this location again.

I went to get ice cream after it was broken for a week then a dude ran into the back hit the ice cream machine then got paid and left that is why the ice cream machine was broken the entire time, but I atleast got my ice cream 🍦 so win win

The people working at Mc Donald's make alot of money to make a sandwich with the tartar sauce and cheese on the side of the box not on the sandwich

Nasty! I try not to go here but I was in the mood for a fish sandwich and it was either left under the lights for a while or something of that sort the edges were hard and my fries were lukewarm and tasted a bit on the rotten side!

I used to go here every morning, Now no one seems to want our business they never acknowledge customers when they open..... sad really lost 9 orders before 6:10 am that is how many cars left before I did.
