Sonic Drive-in

The Sonic app showed this location temporarily closed, but that was an error. They were open. We could not order half price drinks from the app, because it showed them closed. It was 12 minutes until happy hour, but we went ahead and put in our order, deciding to wait. With 2 minutes until 2:00, they would still not honor half price happy hour drinks. So no app, two minutes longer to wait, we gave up, canceled the order and left. We will not visit that Sonic again. Certainly NOT customer friendly! 👎👎👎

gave 2 because i understand this place is pretty much running off of teenagers. the carhops are truly doing what they can at their ability, with what VERY LITTLE training they receive. my burger was cold and i didn't get bacon or extra onion which i asked for. we had to send another burger back because it was also incorrect. our carhop didn't take our order; she was very polite. the grown man who took our order was rude and asked if we wanted a quarter pounder when we asked for a GRILLED CHEESE. don't go here with high expectations because they simply will not be reached. the problems rely in the higher ups. you'd think as grown ups they'd do a little better than the kids.

AVOID! Not once, but three times, in three separate stalls, and on three different visits even, my button push was ignored. Staff said that some stalls/buttons were broken and they weren't the GM (with an attitude of get out of my face.) The drive thru speaker has been broken for what feels like ever. Poor management, terrible customer service, some great employees but more rude-as-all-getout employees.

The drive thru speaker has been broken for months. Not normally a problem because of good, fast service but that was not the case today. We went from the line to a stall where I could kill my car. I can only assume the button didn't work since it didn't even come up as pushed on the screen. We decided not to go to McDonald's because of the line. We ended up going anyway after the line was already gone and the car hops were more interested in standing around talking. We were there at about 3:30 today. It would have been a lot better if your equipment just worked.

Is there a way to give negative stars. First off your staff should not be blowing bubbles with there bubble gum over my food. Next some decent customer service would be nice like maybe try to smile. Now lets get into the food quality start by changing your fry oil if i can taste it hasnt been changed then everyone in that sonic knows no excuse, the corndogs burnt.... Now im no chef but i remember making corndogs and i cant say i ever burnt one, but the food would have been even slightly eatable had they offered any condiments even after i asked still nothing. Then after all this and a missing drink the carhop with a bad attitude stands there expecting a tip 😂😂😂 get it together yoir making every sonic look bad
