Taco Bell

Drive thru was fast which is the only good thing I could say. The man taking my order was rude and rushing after every item he said tried telling us a total. He never asked what drink we wanted just gave us something. Was asked to drive around the building and park (no one was in line behind us) and a nice young lady brought out our food, we voiced our concern only to find out that man taking our order was the MANAGER. He should not be in charge of anything very poor customer service, which he is apparently rude to his staff as well.

I love Taco Bell. I have probably ate in hundreds of them over the years in numerous states all over the country. This one is by far the worst one EVER. They are slow, normally out of important things like shells, the staff is rude, orders are rarely correct, and my favorite, the last two times I went two of our items were inedible due to some weird chemical taste on the shells. Many times you go to the drive thru and they tell you they are only serving KFC. I’m not sure why they stay open. Besides not providing service that would keep people coming back, they don’t seem to have an interest in running it. We are finally giving up and will never go back.

Went thru the drive thru, was rushed by the one taking our order. They have a new chicken taco box. Ha only got 2 small tacos with a chicken strip and a lot of lettuce, not the whole box you pay for. Got locos tacos…. Soggy and stale. Chips and cheese started burnt and old. Wouldn’t waste my money there again. Please do better

Ordered a chicken bowl which smelled disgusting and the food tasted old. Also ordered a chicken chalupa supreme only to get home and realize that what I got was a soft taco that was cold gross and sticking to the wrapper. Couldn’t even eat, it was disgusting. Also the guy taking orders was rude and impatient. Horrible place!

Worst service EVER!! Pulled up and was greeted!! Then I began to order my food. After I had order she informed me it would be a 15-20 min wait for Taco Bell?!?!? So I said ok can I order from KFC and she said it would be a 20 min wait for them too! If it was going to be that long of a wait I should’ve been informed far before I started ordering.

We were the only people at this location for a good 30 minutes and when we got our food our quesadillas were not even toasted ,cheese was not melted and no chipotle sauce on them. Asked for no sauce on the gordita but it came with so much sauce it was inedible. It totally sucked and was such a disappointment for this pregnant momma. Paid 30 bucks for food we couldn't eat.I should have read the reviews before we made the trip to this location. Don't bother going to this location!!
