O wow this is just a little secret in this town. The best damn Dairy Queen I have ever ate. Idk what it was. The meat tasted real! We was just on our way to Houston and just stopped by coming from Arkansas. This is what a burger supposed to taste like. A work of Art!!!!

We waited, waited, and waited. Only ONE CAR was in front of us, and we had an appointment for our animals at 3:00 or we had to pay $20 for bother our animals. It took so long, and we missed our appointment, still have no food!!!! Along side of all this, the employees were rude and disrespectful!

Waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. And then someone finally came to the window. And said whats your order again? Hadn't even started it. And looked like they wanted me to wait another 25 minutes to get it. I will tell my family and everyone I know. Don't ever go to this location EVER!!!!!

$4.99 is typically on par for 3 tacos at any DQ...
$.79 cents extra for 3 packets of taco sauce is ridiculous in my opinion. First time that I have ever been charged for asking for extra taco sauce... It's not like it's even a real sauce! 👎

Stop the there a couple weeks ago Took them 30 minutes to get me a Burger and tacos That's ridiculous I have never had to wait that long at a Dairy Queen especially when my order is to go People have been waiting longer than me and they were leaving I will not be back to this location For now on I will go to the Dairy Queen in Marshall it's a lot better only took them 6 minutes

The only reason I didn't give one star is because of the good times over the 30+ years that this location has been visited when traveling long distance.
But unfortunately the service here has been declining in recent years, and tonight may have been my last time trying to stop here. I get the speaker is ratty, but to ask the lady about Rotisserie Chicken Bites, have the wrong thing brought up, and then ignore me when I clarify...yeah...
I highly suggest new staff for Saturdays at least, if not thoroughly. I also suggest staying away until said service can improve.

This is a pretty good DQ! If the right crew is working, it's a 5 star Dairy Queen for sure. Be sure & stop at this, NOT the one Linden! I'm also not impressed with the one Marshall honestly. Might be newer, but newer definitely doesn't always mean better! Jefferson's Dairy Queen is by far the cleanest & best in the area, hands down.
