I always come here but there normally supper kind but the last time I went the lady got my drink wrong and the girl next to her was like omg she doe's not even have a pic of it and was huffing and puffing like girl chilll out I was being mean bc she was but whatever And then the other girl made it correctly finally

This has to be the worst Starbucks on the planet. The workers are always scrambling and no one seems to be in charge. They advertise on the app they close at 8pm but they really close at 7pm or whenever they feel like shutting down.
Today I ordered a cup of coffee and the barista was going to make me a pour over with out even asking me … I hate pourovers!!!!!
So I told them I would just take whatever is brewed. They gave me a cup of coffee but it was so bitter I couldn’t drink it. I told them and the girl said, “that’s the way we make it,” - I asked for my money back and left.
They should use this Starbucks as training for what not to do on the job. It’s a nightmare.

Paid $5 for a cup of cappuccino I could have got at a convenience store for less than $2. I guess the staff didn't feel like being bothered because I didn't get the whipped cream or sprinkles like their website photo shows. :(

The drinks sometimes are good, but the service never is. They literally never say thank you and barely even acknowledge your existence. I only go here because it’s close to my house in the Kroger.

Super sweet people at this Starbucks!! But the line is super long! It is a convenient location and nice that they are always good about using soy milk where some places completely ignore it. Again, the only issue is the long line. They seem very stressed with only 2 people working there.

I did not go to Starbucks. I was grocery shopping. I don't even drink coffee; so, I don't buy it. But, if I did drink coffee I wouldn't buy it at Starbucks because it is too expensive.
