Casa Ole

We had a great experience today and anytime we come in and have Cookie as our waitress! She is the BEST! She always gets our order right and we never have to wait for food or drinks (Give that girl a raise, please!). If it wasn't for her service, I probably would not go back in there, but because of her, we continue to return. Thank you beautiful for you sweetness and great customer service!

This restaurant has management problems. We eat here every Wednesday because my mother in law insists. Our waitress Cookie is awesome. They never open the door by 11 and are always out of something due to not ordering it. Chips, tea, beef, chicken, straws, catchup, and salt have all been items not available. These are normal items.

The food was good, but the service was awful. They had way too many people working there to have such bad service; I couldn't believe it. They were way too busy visiting with each other to wait on customers. They had 4 people working the cash register that shows how over staffed they were. The people were friendly, though, and the food was good. It

Perhaps not all the staff here, but the person I encountered was extremely rude. If you're busy and a customer enters the establishment it is courteous and hospitable to at the very least acknowledge their presence, even if you are busy entering orders or helping other customers. Walked in and the guy didn't even raise his head to say hello and let me know someone else would be with me. I was just standing there... then when I said "Are you kidding me?" He raised his head and said; "I'm entering orders." Wow. Didn't stay. Disappointing.

Went on Mother’s Day at about 7pm … everything was horrible.. The refried beans were orange and tasted like they poured a whole bottle of garlic in them. My husband Charro beans was in nothing but water no no seasoning at all he didn’t eat them my chicken sour cream enchiladas horrible our waitress was pretty busy it was understaffed and we were ignored my husband had to ask for lemons five times. So my Mother’s Day dinner should’ve been a very blessed wonderful dinner and it was the worst dinner ever thank you casa ole for a horrible meal on Mother’s Day we will never be back not to Jasper Texas location . This deserves a 0 stars

Horrible. I should have known well I was walking into when the manager was fussing about having to refund a drink. My order was completely wrong. Ordered a soft taco was brought a beef taco. No big deal. Ask for charro beans and got refried beans. Ask for a spinach enchilada with no mushrooms and I got mushrooms. Eight bucks for two small scoops of guacamole. Hardly anybody in the restaurant and had to wait forever for my ticket. Good thing I'm not local cuz I definitely wouldn't be going back here. Heartburn.

For starters we waited over 30 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that was far from busy. (Probably under staffed but thats just a guess) The waitress who was not very friendly and could barely walk finally showed up to our table after sitting there for 10 minutes and took our drink order. 10 minutes later 1 drink a Dr Pepper showed up and she said she would need to get the manager to make the other 3 drinks. The manager came by (super nice) and asked what drinks we were waiting on (2 melons and a horchata). She left and came back with 2 horchatas and a melon. We let her know and she brought another melon (highlight of the evening). Our waitress finally returned about 5 minutes later with the queso we ordered with the drinks and took our food order. The food arrived 20 minutes later cold. And she managed to plop the plates onto the table causing the food to "hop" off the plate. The waitress never once came by to check on us for refills or to see if we were good. For 2 adults and 2 children don't spend your $70 here. We won't be back.
