Service is mediocre. Not friendly but not quite rude either. Lobby was not busy at all and as usual, the drive thru seemed to be flowing efficiently. The food was good. Average for Chick-fil-A. I got fruit cups and ordered online. Do not waste money on them. Almost $3.50 for two tablespoons of not very flavorful fruit is overpriced. Also, do not expect sauces. Ordered $60 worth of nuggets and got 4 sauce packets.

Very nice people and service!!!!!!! Our chick fila in KC is still closed on the inside so really enjoyed going inside and letting boys in the play place. Every single worker was friendly and helpful!!!!!!!!! It was fun and relaxing while on a long road trip. God bless y'all!

🙏🏻 I now truly believe what I have heard about Chic-fil-A. We visited this location from out of town and found that we couldn’t drive our Sprinter into the drive-thru and there also wasn’t any inside service. Bummer! On a whim I called the location and asked if there was any service for our situation. The lady that answered almost immediately said that it wouldn’t be a problem, and for us to just pull up in front of the store and they would take care of us.
As soon as we pulled up, our order was taken and processed just as fast (if not faster) as if we were able to use the drive-thru. More importantly, all the food was to Chic-fil-A standards......and then some. Wow!
I will absolutely go out of my way to eat at Chic-fil-A.....because they go out of their way for me. 🤗

Always nice service and fast at night, and afternoons. Lunch is a different story. Prepare for the line to be backed up to Home Depot.

Service is usually spot on. My only complaint is the lack of curbside pick up. This restaurant is usually VERY crowded and other Chick-fil-A stores have curbside pickup, which helps ease the congestion.

We were in line before 10:30 AM (when breakfast ends) & they did not honor it when I got to the window. We wasted over 35 minutes; someone in front of us did the same thing, drove away lol. The lady at the drive thru speaker wasn’t the nicest either. So just don’t bother going if it’s a long line & you are trying to make it to the window in time, because they will not allow you to get breakfast, when I’ve seen other Chik Fil A’s WILL.

They weren't as pleasant as usual when we went. It was 15 minutes til closing. We ordered on the app and I wanted to ask the attendant about getting a gift card but he was too busy talking to the other attendant across from us. At pickup, they didn't even say thank you or anything. Just asked my name and handed me the food. We need ketchup and sauce 😔 First time I've ever had an unpleasant experience with Chick fil A.
