Christina did an excellent job running the entire front of the store and making all of the drinks and ice cream, but one employee shouldn't be doing that all by themselves! This place only gets bad reviews because it's so understaffed. At the very least, employees should get a pay increase if they have to do 2+ jobs at once.

Worse Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The hamburgers were not fully cooked. Also, your staff needs to have better customer service. They didn’t offer any assistance while you stand at the counter. No one there had smile or tried to be helpful. Other customers seemed displeased too!

Just tried to order milkshakes for my daughters and myself. The lady tells me they cannot sell any shakes because they are out of milk. This location is part of a gas station… that sells milk….

Roaches everywhere!!! The food was terrible and the blizzard had a chemical taste!!! Extremely rude and nasty employees!!! This place needs to be burned down!!! I still can’t get over the fact of there being three roaches running around on the ground. SMH. Made me want to barf. Thank god I threw my food away. Waste of 15$

Horrible customer service!!! Waited forever at the counter and still never got our order taken. We were told to wait until they got the food orders done.
We had waited for 30 minutes at the counter. The line was backed up , we finally left. We were the stupid ones for waiting as long as we did. 😳

Worker told cashier not to take anymore orders after we had been standing in line for over 20 minutes then declared that she wasn't cooking anything else anyway, she was leaving at 8 o'clock. This was before 7 o'clock. Horrible service, trashy place.

The older lady who took our order was sweet and helpful. She put in the order correct as it was on the receipt correct yet all three burgers were wrong, also brown lettuce. There's no excuse for funky lettuce. The pretzel chesse was microwaved too long so the Styrofoam cup was melted. The sundae had a really crazy taste like chemical taste. It was weird. Had to throw it out. Lot's of hair touching/scratching without hand washing.

The two people who were working were fantastic. Thank you for being here today. The food was Fantastic thank you again. After being out west where restaurants close at 4 pm because of short staffing it was great to be able to eat a such an iconic restaurant. Thank you again
