Joe Mo's Bbq

We have been hearing good things for a while so we finally decided to try them out. Friendly service, good prices, and flavorful meats. We ordered the smoked wings, ribs, and pulled pork. I would definitely return for the ribs and the wings! The sides were okay. The potato salad had way too much mayo and the coleslaw didn’t have enough mayo. My husband liked the beans but I wasn’t a fan. Maybe I’m just too picky. The pulled pork was a bit too oily for me, but had great flavor. If you put the pork on the bread that it comes with and top it with slaw it cuts the oil. It was a bit heavy for me and bothered my stomach. The sauce was great and paired well with all three meats.

Joe Mo's Ba-Ba-Que is the best barbecue joint in the Madison/Huntsville area. I tried the smoked sausage and pulled pork, along with their cole slaw, mac & cheese, baked beans, and a brownie. Everything was superb!!! The two young employees inside were patient, courteous, and kind-a rarity in this era! I will be back as a loyal customer! Thank you, Joe-Mo & staff!

1st time here, and they are open for drive up/walk up orders during COVID-19. Place was highly recommended by coworkers and definitely did not disappoint. Walking up to the restaurant and all you smell is the huge grill smoking in the back of the establishment... just adds to the anticipation of what you're in for! Ordering was pretty straight forward, although i think they may have a reduced menu at tje moment given current "Rona" conditions. Prices were reasonable, food was really good! But what actually locked me in and required a review was the customer service. Good customer service is expected, but not always achieved... After collecting my order, the woman working the window called out for me to come back, she said "my dad isn't happy with the smoked sausage, he wants to give you a bigger one..." Call it southern hospitality, great customer service, or just having pride in your craft... That is what will make me return here for dinner or lunch everytime I have an overnight in Huntsville.

I went yesterday !!! The ribs were a little over cooked but boy they still had a great flavor !¡! Everytime I have been , since he was located in the gas station down the street from where he's at now , tht place has the best ribs around we love them !! Now the last time we went to the new restaraunt it is a nice small place with excellent food right off the smoker !!!

We have been here a total of three times. The first time the food was good but the service was poor. They gave us extra food to accommodate the poor service. So we decided to give them a second chance. The second time the service was horrible? However we went late and it was storming so we figured maybe that had something to do with it. This is a third time. The customer service is still horrible. Because of our last experiences we gave them an hour and the order still wasn’t complete or ready. Additionally, In all three experiences they never have enough food for a complete order. The food is good but the service sucks.
