Pizza Hut

The food same old same old. Its still good. Not really rating on the food or people. The store itself, I'm not one to give a bad review just to be mean. Just would like to offer things that can help. I worked there for 8 years and I loved it. Until when I quit in 2010. The reasons I chose to quit was hard, but I felt it was starting to go down hill. Looks like I chose right. Not trying to knock the workers that are there now, but under new owners this place doesn't do half the business it could. I know. Some of the problems now I think are a 3rd party ans. Service. Also the way gas prices are the drivers do not make anything. The tips dont even feel the tank. People need to know the delivery fee does not go to the drivers when ordering. Brighten things up outside yall always look like a ghost town. I know plans are in motion, just listen to me for just a min. If you want to make money. Please keep younger people out of the management. Needs to be for maybe people over 21 at least. Hope you listen. Good luck.

This location had an extremely nice manager (Maurice?) who politely greeted my husband when we arrived. He made sure our order was correct and piping hot out of the oven. While picking up our pizza, my husband also noticed how clean and tidy this location was. Sadly, the dining room was not open, but this wasn’t a problem and we ate it while sitting in our vehicle in the parking lot so it didn’t get cold. This was the best experience and best tasting food we have had in a long time and after visiting several other Pizza Hut locations. This location should be proud, and I do hope they keep up the excellent job!

The pizza itself was good once we finally got it. Took more than an hour. However they didn’t bring the drinks that was also ordered. The driver apologized and said she could bring them after all her deliveries. I called the establishment and asked how long it would take and they said after all the deliveries were made and she still had 4 to do. So I asked for a credit back to my card. They said no problem. A week later I still didn’t have the credit back. I called again and they had issued a credit to my bill for the next time I ordered. Confused I told her that I live out of state and was there for a visit so a store credit would not work for me. I was assured that the manager coming in the next day would be happy to take care of it. It has been almost another week and still no credit back to my card. Gotta make another call now. Now it is all frustration.
