We were passing through town on a road trip and decided to eat here. Originally we were going to order it to go but instead decided on dining in. The place wasn't very busy. Surprisingly, even though we ate in the midst of covid all the patrons were grouped together instead of spaced out in sections. I had to go out to the car to make sure the cat was comfortable and would not over heat while we ate. When I returned they had ordered drinks and a Mt dew for myself. I immediately noticed two things. One there were weird black particles in my drink, my daughter also complained of this. Two, my napkin silverware wrap was soaked through presumably from the soda. I also noticed flies hanging out and buzzing around the lamp above the adjacent booth. The waitress seemed to either be in severe pain, stoned, or really not wanting to be there. She was slow and seemed a bit out of it. My daughter ordered a steak well done with no pink, she is pregnant and can't handle the rawness of the meat. It came out tough and really undercooked. She said there was a large piece of grissel in the middle. The other two meals were fine. I did have to ask for a refill on my soda because the waitress never offered and disappeared for a long time. Overall the food was fine, sevice was bad, steak wasn't cooked to order. Would not recommend.

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in town, but I will not eat here again. The serving staff is very friendly. The food, however, has become absolutely disgusting. It's often not fit for consumption and I've seen it make people very ill. They often serve meat that's old, and clearly have very poor sanitation standards in the kitchen. I don't know what's changed over the past few years, but I'm very sad to see what this restaurant has become.

On my most recent visit we Waited 20 minutes for drinks. Ordered smoothies that were just chunks of ice. We also didn’t get the extra side we ordered. Over all one star because of the consistent bad experiences i have had at this location.

We haven't eaten at Applebee's in Jamestown in over a year. I remember when it first opened and they had a staff person to hold the door open and welcome you in. Now if your lucky one of the waiters will seat you.
I ordered a Amaretto sour to drink and my husband ordered a draft beer. I watched the bartender who was reading from a book on how to make drinks; not even put a full shot of Amaretto in the glass. It took 17 minutes to get our beer and drink after ordering them.
That was the absolutely worst drink I have ever had. Our food was good but that place is a disgrace and with the way it's going in Jamestown I'm sure they will close and be bulldozed in the near future like Perkins and the Hong Kong.
Not going back there ever again. I really used to enjoy going there with friends after work but that was years ago and now I doubt I could wait that long for a drink or drink it when it came.

We were able to be seated inside right away, safely distanced. Clean tables masked servers made us feel comfortable. The food was exceptional hot and tasty. Perfect meal after work.

Upon entering I almost walked out due to the dirty atmosphere however I decided to stay. I sent the 1st meal back for being cold in cold and running the 2nd osecond one came within minutes afterwards and was warm but equally disgusting I applebee's all over the country and this by far is the worst I felt the need to shower after leaving.

Every since they closed due to the pandemic and have since opened there food quality has gone down extremely. There staff is extremely slow and refills are few and far between, my family has gone a couple times when they where not busy and took so long to get our food that it was cold by the time we got it. The quality of food and amount you get is extremely low. I tried to buy for example a steak fajita and had mostly lettuce in it and thats all the photo will show what I mean. Wont go here anymore wish we had better option places to eat here in town. Glad to be moving away soon. Staff are bad as well.

We didn't have the greatest experience here. Our food took 45 minutes after we ordered. Also, we got our appetizer at the same time as our food. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that they were busy and unavailable. Well, excuse me I guess my concerns were not important enough. I definitely do not recommend this place and give them a 3, just because we did get food.
