Burger King

Employees are nice but they messed up my whole order didn’t add cheese to any of my burgers which I reminded them twice to do so. And there was so much mayonnaise on all the burgers they were an edible, like mayonnaise just pouring off of them. It was so gross won’t go back again because this is the third and fourth time this same situation has happened to me at this location.

Cashier should tell you if their machine works or if it is not upgraded to accept NFC payments via phone or your watch. Cashier waited until AFTER I clicked the ONE TIME USE button to redeem my coupon and then tells me their machines aren't upgraded... I could have went to another BK location... also, the wait time is way too long line- luckily I was waiting to meet someone and decided to grab a bite to eat while waiting... and lastly- who is spell checking these signs... seriously, this needs to stop!!! It says alot about the customer service you should expect... I can't fathom why nobody that works there nor a manager couldn't proofread the sign to correct the spelling😒

Ok so I’ve been to this store maybe twice and there’s a sign on the door that says that the restaurant is doing take out only but there is customers in the store so that means the lobby is open… I was gonna buy food and charge my phone like normal people to and I’m instantly addressed rudely by apparently a manager black lady she is pregnant she say no u can’t charge ur food or use bathroom all u can do is buy food that’s it I ask her while the food cooking can I charge it she says no… so my biggest IS WHY CAN I COME IM THE STORE AND ORDER IF THE LOBBY IS CLOSED… she says it is closed do u see the signs… SO WHY IS THE DOOR OPEN SO WE ARGUE ABOUT THAT… the other employee comes in say the same thing they are both rude… then then manager starts to cuss under her breath… which I have good hearing
