Sonic Drive-in

This location is sad. We only use this location for drinks...and that is kinda pushing it. The kids love the slushes with nerds but for some reason this location gives about 5 nerds per drink. Bullard location piles em in there. This location has long wait times and you have to add a few minutes to play musical stalls in order to find one with a working screen to place your order. The employees are friendly. I've never had a problem there. I'll go to indulge the children in their occasional nerd slush but I'll go out of my way to use a different location if time allows.

It took about 10 minutes just to get someone to answer the intercom, and then they got our order wrong. Fixed our order and the food was HORRIBLE! The tater tots and corn dogs were inedible. They were greasy and tasted old. I don't know what's going on at Sonic these days, but it's become a giant waste of money to try to eat there.

I really like that they have an app and all the drinks are half price if you order thru the app and it's faster that way, I just wish it didn't glitch to much. But other than that food it's good drinks are better and the service is good to, there is a lady named Amanda she is my favorite without asking she brings a dog treat out for my friends dog and that's very thoughtful.

Several of the drive up monitors consistently don't work, which is a complete waste of space when your squeezing into tiny ordering spots to begin with. Orders are generally accurate, but several times I've had complimentary condiments disregarded. Staff is friendly and efficient. I wish they could reconfigure to have a drive-thru option. I'm from the north, and I haven't quite figured out if tipping the CarHop is expected or not.
