Overall experience = meh.
Bought the bucket for 1, dine in. Inside was a bit stinky like sour dishes and old mop water, table was a bit sticky. Food was okay, chicken tenders were crunchy, more breading than chicken. Tried the specialty Mountain Dew sweet lightening, interesting taste.
The cashier (Ashley) was pleasant and gave good recommendations, that’s the plus.

Was there yesterday night. Haven’t been there in 12 years since I worked there. After I ordered I was wondering why my food came so fast. Would have been so much better if it was hot and fresh. And the drive through lane to exit is still too to get out even though the store was remodeled. And they didn’t even let me exchange my biscuit for another small fry I had to order another one. Over all the quality of the place has not improved 😔

This has got to be by far the worst KFC I have ever been to not only is the place extremely filthy but they also have nothing on the menu to offer.
I walk in only to be told that they could only take an order through the drive-through when I drove over they told me over the speaker that they were out of bread and they only had chicken tenders.
But just by looking at the reviews of this place I am not surprised this place needs to either close down permanently or remodeled and re-trained personal to serve customers better.

Got Door Dash delivery service today and it was prepared to order, great packaging, and speedy delivery too. Perfect! Pricing was fair. Loved the seasonal bucket design during the Holidays...👌 😁👍

The Chicken Tender Family meal was great, but WAY too expensive- $39 and change for 12 tenders, 3 "large" sides, 6 biscuits, 6 sauces. The woman taking orders at the drive-thru clearly didn't want to be there.

I originally ordered through the KFC app and although my food said delivered it never was. When I called the customer service line they refused to refund me for two hours after my failed delivery, meaning I was unsure of ordering on another app and spending even more money in case my food eventually came. It never did so later on I ordered through Uber Eats, the estimated delivery time was 15-30 minutes however it took over an hour to even get picked up. When I finally got my food it was cold and soggy, and my sides were stiff and cold. The ice in my drink was completely melted. This is unsafe by normal food laws, and a discredit to KFC. I have still not received my refund for the KFC app.

Verry Terrible experience, the manager had a attitude the whole order & didn’t make the order right. It’s your job to make me feel welcomed, where I spend my hard earned money. KFC is my favorite place in the world . Very disappointed…

No paper towels in restroom. How do employees wash their hands? Restroom was also dirty. Dining room floors were filthy. It looked like it was never swept and mopped with a dirty mop. Food stains on wall in Dining room area. Not a good look.
