I have been eating lunch here for years. Absolutely the best food and prices on the Westside of Jax. Staff is wonderful. Restaurant is always clean. I call 10 minutes before I arrive and my food is always fresh, hot, and ready to go. If you want great tasting Chinese food fast this should be the only place you go.
Always great with good portions. We get the veggie Mei fun, veggie fried rice, and an order of the sweet and sour chicken. It can feed the two of us for two meals. It's always ready when we get it and never greasy.
My wife says that in 8 years of eating in Jax, this is the best Egg Foo Young gravy she's had. THAT is saying something!
Personally, some of the best Crab Wonton in Jax: savory, not sweet, and flavorful. Really good!
I had the Kung Pao Shrimp and loved it. I loved that the fried rice was white and not yellow and it was really good, even by itself!
Overall, REALLY good!
I know Chinese tastes vary wildly but Golden China gave me nothing to gripe about and was fairly priced.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Egg rolls, fried rice, bourbon chicken and orange chicken are my favs. Probably the best quick service Chinese restaurant I’ve ever eaten at.
Food has always been delicious! Spring rolls are very tasty, just wish they were bigger! They are always friendly! Big portion enough to feed two with their combination platters!
I enthusiastically give this 5 stars. Ironically, it was our daughter from Iowa who discovered this place while she was in Jacksonville visiting us. We tried it and could not believe how delicious the food was and SO LOW PRICED. A lunch menu from 11 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. for $6.56. How can you beat that? Many, many items available, cooked on the spot. Applause! I actually would drive across town to eat this food. It's that good. BTW, the photo below is the Shrimp egg foo yung and this is only HALF my order. I had enough leftover for another meal.
