Taco Bell

I really like some of the specials at Taco Bell but the service could use a little work. some times i realize the drive through can be a little overwhelming but never forget that a happy customer is good for business especially in the fickle food industry. No worries, the food was great, but a drink was forgotten during the ordering process and the window attendant wouldn't oblige the oversight at the window. I believe that's poor business etiquette or pure laziness either way it's one to grow on for future customers. HJK out and about till next time.

Sat in the drive thru, not moving an in h, for 30 minutes whole the mobile orders line took priority. They won't even take orders for the people in the regular drive thru lane anytime there's a car in the mobile order lane. Because of this, you sit there waiting for 30 minutes to reach the order speaker just to wait another 15 minutes while they clear out the mobile order lane and ignore the drive thru lane entirely. Who does business like this?

Tonight the wife and i decided we would go to one of our absolute favorite fast food restaurants, if not our actual number one favorite. We arrived with some time in our schedule so we decided to check out the online ordering option. The menu is so much more extravagant on the app than on the board, bringing back old favorites, creating new favorites, and granting what seems like 10x more freedom in customizing your order. On top of making the menu this much better, you throw in the reward points and speed it adds to receiving your order, and this app is damn near revolutionary! App 5/5, Taco bell, 4/5 as always. Keep it up!
