I'm updating to 5 star. The last couple visits were exceptional and I hope they do all they can to keep Nelda here as she is a primary reason. She always asks the right questions to insure your order is correct and gave me a very nice Military discount. My go to order is Double JR with no cheese and fries with no salt added. It's been perfect Whataburger every time. I must contain myself to keep from going almost daily.

I've gotta rate Whataburger! Nothing out of the ordinary but necessary - still a great order//still a great product that you can depend on every time to be really good is their vanilla shake! Almost every night when I get off work I'll drive through the Whataburger drive thru and order a large vanilla shake! It's rich, satisfying and cold and Whataburger vanilla is really easy to drink - definitely worth the price and lasts a long time! Great job Whataburger and keep up the great work - that southern bacon burger is right at the top, too!

They always have fresh and great food and the best customer service that I've ever seen every time I've been there at least!! They do get very busy during lunch time FYI! But they do run through it pretty fast! Enjoy their food is great fresh! 😊

The girl working the drive-thru messed up my order and didn't give me the right amount of items. Then after I told her she messed up my order, she claimed, she "didn't have a register at that window to ring up the fries but she could get me the free drink". So she can give me a free drink but can't walk 10 feet over and grab a small fry? She was rude and should have accepted that it was her who messed up.

This is one of the worst whataburgers in East Texas the staff is horrible especially night shift they will always mess up your order and they are Always rude. They've never Had real careers so they believe that it is difficult to cook food and should be overpaid for doing so for minimum skills. It's actually quite sad how bad they are at even such a simple job with instructions posted in front of their face and still cannot complete that task.

The employees working morning here are completely incompetent. We ordered a breakfast and chicken strips with gravy, and when we got to where we were going 10 minutes away, the breakfast had no spoon, fork, or knife, and the chicken strips had no gravy.
We had to drive all the way back, told them they hadn't done either order correctly, and then they spent 5 minutes grabbing the spoon, fork, and gravy. Our food was completely cold by then, and there was absolutely no apology for ruining our meal. They just handed them to us and silently shut the window.

I ordered a kids meal and they got it wrong... How do you mess up a kids meal? I get that it was morning but I don't want hash browns with a burger. This isn't the first time they've messed up, seems to happen often!
