In my opinion this is the best location on the Westside of Jacksonville Florida. Straight up. I usually don't even take the time or devote the brain power to writing reviews. UNLESS, a particular experience somewhere left an impression on me whether it be positive or negative. If you have experienced what the the fast food industry has to offer here on 103rd Street in Jacksonville Florida you know its unbelievably like, alright now where's the camera somebody's got to be pranking me trying to get me to spaz horrible. Im not even going there right now. This is a positive review. If you're on the Westside of Jax Fl and in the mood for Burger King i highly recommend this location. They'll get your order correct, fresh, and fast without an attitude. The employees are laid back and very patient and helpful with a sense of humor tied in. Check em out.

These folks do not mess around,when it comes to good food & service! Placed our order & got our delicious food,pretty quickly. And it was exactly what we wanted.No mistakes or waiting in drive thru forever.Other Burger Kings around JAX,could sure learn from this one.Nice work,folks!

Today 1/23/22 I give the crew five stars. They was very polite. Also I have big orders so usually that’s problems and stuff is always missing. Not this morning it came out in awesome timing and everything was their! Thanks y’all!

I come to this location often and whenever the young lady with the braces and dreads is working nothing ever goes wrong. She is very polite, kind, and makes my experience worth while. There’s not many around like her, she does an amazing job every time!

Order was correct. No issues while here. Only complaint guy didn't welcome us when we entered, came to register and he looked at us then went back to drive thru, granted we weren't ready to order but he could've at least said let me know when you are ready.....so we stood at register until nice black young lady with blue braces took our order. She was very polite and sweet and manners were perfection!! Otherwise this would've been two stars due to customer service

Love it. Pulled up, ordered food, paid. Manager came up to the window and explained that the only impossible whopper they had was old so she dropped a fresh one for me. She also made me fresh fries at the same time and everyone was super polite. Great experience!

Did not wait long for our order good and hot. Also I'm thankful for the manager working yesterday at 4:00PM I drop my cell in the parking lot and someone found it and turn it in to the manager to the person who found it God bless you there are still honest people in this world and to the manager and employees that day my hat goes to all of you. I stop here every morning on my way to work and every afternoon on way home. They have very respectful staff. I've never had a problem with my service other than I had to wait a few minutes for some sweet tea. But I got a hash brown for the wait.
