I’m giving them 4 stars because they only had spicy chicken in white meat which was fine but it was really dark. I’ve never had spicy chicken that had a dark tint to it so that was new. The drive thru is trash so be careful!

2024 Kintsugi

This location was 38 minutes out of the way from where we were located. We noticed this location while on the campus of JU. We discussed coming back. Glad we did!!! This reminds me of the Church's from the "Back-in-the-day" original chain. Chicken piping hot with the best favorable grease so bad for ya but too damn good to resist 😋 fantastic chicken, mash and mac n cheese!!! Loved the smiles and positivity at the window. Very nice experience especially seeing we aren't from this area.

This chicken is so good and always made fresh. I typically have a large order when I come and it is always correct. The ladies here are super friendly and nice. I'm glad they have a new manager as it has made the experience better, the manger before was not friendly at all and I stopped going for a while but lately it has been wonderful.

The chicken is always hot and fresh. Never have an issue here the manager attentive and works. Staff is laid back, welcoming, and attentive to guest. Walking in and going out keep up the great work.

I love the staff here. They are funny and always make me want to get something to eat. They provide good customer care too but why the hell are your registers still in 1990? Why isn't your menu outside digital? Thus store would bring in much more money if it got a renovation and updates. Stop being so cheap! Update this store!
